At Mobilegoo, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if your electronic device arrives defective or not as described, you can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition with all accessories, packaging, and warranty seals intact.

Return Process

  Log in to your Mobilegoo account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Quality Verification

  Upload clear photos or a short video of the device showing the reported issue or the physical condition of the product for our technical team to review.

  Secure Packaging

  Once your request is approved, pack the device securely in its original box including the invoice, charger, and any provided accessories to prevent transit damage.

• 4.
  Pickup and Refund

  A courier partner will collect the package from your doorstep, and upon successful warehouse inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
